week 8 reflection
Finally,it's getting to the end of the project.i hope that next year science would be more interesting and enjoyable.Now i have already prepared all the answer for the final reflection.
week 7 reflection
School is starting soon and i am left with one last reflection plus a final reflection.By now, i have aready learnt the basic of creating a blog and have mastered it quickly.Now, i got to prepare for the week 8 reflection.
week 6 reflection
Trying to upload the meal log data but it seems that there was some error in the process.Now,i have to seek help from friends.Hope to get it done soon.
week 5 reflection
Finish the meal log.I found out that i had eaten quite a lot of meat and very little amount of vegetables every day.Now, i am going to do the data on the food i ate in the four days.Got to eat more vegetables from now on!!!
week 4 reflection
Busy with cca finally gotten some time to continue the blog.Research on function of digestive system is finally done.Again i cleared one more question with ease.Now getting down to do the meal log.
Week 3 reflection
Doing research on a healthy diet.I realize that one must have a mixed variety of food per day.Having a healthy diet keeps one fit.Now i want to have a healthy diet too!

Having a healthy diet?
A healthy diet is one that helps maintain or improve health. It involves consuming appropriate amounts of all nutrients, and an adequate amount of water. Nutrients can be obtained from many different foods, so there are a wide variety of diets that may be considered healthy diets.Without a healthy diet, we will have many chronic health risks such as: obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.
